Price of an apartment
- The price of one virtual apartment is €500,000.
- The apartment is virtual; it is not a real-estate object.
- The register of virtual apartments is maintained by the Ligne Héritage group of companies.
- The seller and landlord of the apartment is the Ligne Héritage group of companies.
Yield
- Each virtual apartment is leased for 99 years.
- The rent is €1,250 per month (€15,000 per year).
- All maintenance costs are borne entirely by the tenant.
- The owner receives €1,250 of rental income to their bank account every month.
- The payment is guaranteed and cannot change; the rent is index-linked.
- The buyer may sell the apartment at any time, at any price.
- Thanks to the limited number of apartments (only 2,000), their market value is expected to grow.
- An organised market of buyers is arranged by the real estate broker, who is obliged to assist with the sale.
Process & fees
The transaction is arranged through the real estate broker.
The real estate broker's fee is 3.5% of the property value plus VAT, which amounts to €21,000.

The real estate broker provides:
- preparation of the purchase agreement;
- preparation of the full package of required documents;
